I help women reclaim their lives, voices and confidence after leaving high demand religion, restrictive systems and/or limiting beliefs. I help women learn what it means to trust themselves, quieting guilt the noise of guilt and shame (in healthy ways), to break free from people pleasing, perfectionism and socialized constraints. I guide women through the messy middle. I also support women who are new ish to feminism and guide them through the socialization we have experienced via patriarchy. Thanks patriarchy.
