Dino shares with us a remote deal he has been working on this year in the US, all the way from notarizing to finalizing the transaction. This journey has been one challenge after the other; not only did he have to deal with foreign laws but also had to face a crazy market due to covid, come across a property in filthy conditions and cope with the damages a hurricane left on the property.
