According to Detective Wallace, the impact of Jesus on the world has been so great that, even without any Bibles, we could still reconstruct enough truth to know Jesus and to follow him. And that’s what he discusses with Timothy Paul Jones on this episode—but that’s not all that they talk about. Before it’s over, Timothy hurls a plagued corpse at Garrick, and Garrick is forced to reveal the never-before-considered-and-probably-totally-wrong hidden meaning behind the Soundgarden song “Rusty Cage,” which turns out to have something to do with the execution of Anabaptist anarchists in Muenster.
And, by “Muenster,” we mean the city, not the cheese.
