Carmen Lazar from Assyrian resource centre explains the new rules and conditions of parents visa. She says the visa will cost five thousand dollars per parent and for three years. Applicant must have annual income of more than eighty three thousand dollars. or a combined income of two people not less than eighty three thousand dollars.
