Activists have been calling for the dismantling of police for years, but it has gained traction since the killing of George Floyd. Many people of color don't feel protected by the police and believe Americans can survive without law enforcement as we know it. Phillip Atiba Goff, co-founder and CEO of the Center for Policing Equity, joins CBS News' Jeff Pegues to discuss what it would mean to defund the police and where the funds could be reallocated.
