Separated and divorcing spouses are going through one of the most difficult chapters of their lives. Finances and Real Estate can play a big role.

The first step in sorting things out is to prepare a financial statement. That may include real estate properties that one or the other wants to sell but there isn’t necessarily agreement. What happens then? Inevitably it can get complicated, but it doesn’t have to be messy.
