On this episode, this week’s guest is Daryl Perry (@yourlevelfitness).
Mr. Two Phones Perry is back on the podcast because like Crystal, I realized that I never actually interviewed him. Daryl is one of my inner circle people that I go to for advice in general and he's also my coach for Precision Nutrition. I've been friends with Daryl since last year and the guy has taught me a lot just from having random conversations in DMs and in texts. He's also kinda funny (but don't tell him).
Daryl is a coach, personal trainer, podcaster (with his own "podcast network"), podcast pusher, marketer and a very great friend. Enjoy our conversation.

On this episode, this week’s guest is Amy (@gemofthegym).
Amy is one of my closest friends that I've met on Instagram but never have spoken on a call until this episode. We recorded this episode and then talked for an additional hour afterwards. She's funny, smart, opinionated and tells it like it is.
We talk a lot about Amy's background then the conversation goes all over the place from there. I had a lot of fun just talking about anything and everything with Amy and I'm sure it won't be the last conversation we have.

On this episode, this week’s guest is Vanessa (@vanessaraysjourney).
I've known Vanessa for most of 2019 and she's become one of my closest friends. We talk a lot about her weight loss journey and her difficulties during the journey. This conversation went all over the place but I had a lot of fun talking with Vanessa and I hope you guys enjoy it too.

On this episode, this week’s guest is Hazel Gale (@hazel.gale.therapy).
Hazel is an ex-boxing and kickboxing champion, cognitive hypnotherapist as well as the author of the book, "The Mind Monster Solution".
I came across Hazel's work from another Instagram account and once I read the description of the book, I knew I needed to read it. The book is fantastic and has really help me realize the monsters and the stories I was telling myself internally. Pick up a copy of the book yourself, I highly recommend it.
On Wednesday October 2, 2019, Hazel will be conducting a LIVE True Purpose workshop via Facebook at 7pm UK Time (2pm EST). If you're at all interested in what she does, I would recommend that you check out her workshop.

On this episode, this week’s guest is Jess (@fatgirlifts).
I've been friends with Jess on Instagram for years and this is the first time we've actually had a phone conversation. Jess has had one hell of a year. From being in and out of the hospital for blood clots and other health ailments to caring for her aging relatives, she's been through hell and back and still manages to have a smile on her face through it all.
Jess loves weight lifting and she also currently on a path to live a healthier life in whatever capacity she can. She's funny and she doesn't let life get her down and I appreciate her for sharing her journey through it all.
I hope you enjoy our conversation as much as i did.
