It's the week after Easter Sunday and Sibling Grief Monday.
How's your grief hangover? I hope you're taking care of yourself.
In this episode, I share a physical grief-related experience that let me to understand one of the deepest truths about grief -- that grief is not this OR that; it's this AND that. I named this concept "felicitreza", or happy-sadness in English.
Grief is a million shades of grey, AND a magnificent colorwheel of emotions. That's why the experience can feel so complex and foreign to us in the beginning, and as it evolves with us through time.
I'll also discuss how finding your community in grief, or "grief tribe", can be key to your survival and even help you thrive in life after loss.
My hope is to make you feel less alone, and to be a beacon of light and source of information for anyone on this journey.
Thank you for being here.
