Time is finite, and it is often taken for granted. Rather than thinking of time as the minutes, hours, days and weeks of our lives, begin to periodize time and emphasize the experiences during that time.
Take the time to reflect on time spent during a typical week in your own life and find where you may be inefficient in rest or in motion. Then take action on the goals and dreams in your life in order to create deadlines for the experiences that make up our time.
Be strategic in thinking about the time we spend and the fulfillment that it brings to our lives. If we feel unfulfilled we will naturally begin to feel regret as we look back on time spent and the lives we might have had.
