This can take many forms and due to how society perceives abuse as women as the victims, the men who suffer abuse and/or violence aren’t heard or dismissed about what has happened to them. This doesn’t take away from the fact women that are abused as well.

This is a gender neutral issue and it needs to be called out as well as looking at the labelling. It is about a perpetrator and victim.
