Our pets offer amazing insights into ourselves, the world and life in general…..if we take the time to observe and see what they have to offer us! In this episode, I’m excited to have back one of my favorite guests, Dr. Erhard Vogel. Erhard and I are both animal lovers and in this episode, we touch on many different aspects of our pets and what they can teach us about life.

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSErhard and I talk about our dogs, the lessons they teach us, the emotions our pets experience and so much more. I share some examples of what my own dog has taught me about happiness, forgiveness and letting things go. One of my favorite examples from my dog is that I take my dog for a walk every morning. One thing I do when we wake up is I tell him how much of an amazing day we are going to have and I review all the good things we are going to do for the day, or that he gets to eat, etc. That really helped me as I started looking at my own days and being more intentional with my mornings!
We also touch on dreams in this episode from a dog and human perspective. I share one of the recurring dreams I had for 20+ years and how I was finally able to understand what it meant and how running from it was more painful than just facing it. If you are an animal lover or considering getting a pet, you are really going to love this episode and all the insight it has to offer!
