As we've been reporting, San Francisco District Attorney has decided not to file charges against a Walgreens security guard who fatally shot a suspected shoplifter. DA Brooke Jenkins released the security footage from the store as well as the police department's interview with the suspect as she laid out what led to her decision. DA Jenkins initially refused to released the security video while the police investigation was underway, saying it might compromise the case. What do you think was going on behind the scenes?
