This week we bring you an episode inspired by recent major changes in both of our lives. We wanted to discuss how important it is to take risks in your life, especially in yours 20s. You never know what amazing things could be waiting for you on the other side of opportunity. In this episode,   Kelsey talks about her recent spontaneous cross-country move from Orlando to Seattle, and Brooke's decision to go back to grad school to be a therapist. We wanted to deliver an open, honest episode about some wonderful things happening in our lives at the moment, but also openly acknowledge the difficult and more vulnerable side of the story. Initially, we only recorded this as a two part episode, but shortly after we finished recording, we knew we had to come back, open up, and keep it real. We want to be open and honest with you guys always, and we hope that this episode might bring you a little inspiration, or comfort (hopefully both), that you have the power to make your dreams come true. Things don't have to be perfect, and you don't have to wait until tomorrow to be happy. It won't be easy, but you can do this! We are so thankful to have this space and community with you all.

Another update to mention.... we will now be releasing our episodes on Wednesdays!! We were both born on a Wednesday and it's one of our favorite days of the week, so we just felt it was right to change it, and it also works better for our schedules considering everything mentioned above. It’s fucked. But then again, modern dating at any age seems to be fucked. In this episode we discuss the nightmare of attempting to date amongst social media, dating apps, and hookup culture (and our different viewpoints on the topics). Microsoft did a study recently, and concluded that the average attention span is 2022 has dropped 25% in just a few years to a whopping….. 8 SECONDS. COME ON GUYS. It’s not easy, but we can start small by simply adding in a 5 minute walk everyday or using your vibrator to unwind in bed at night instead of staring at your phone 🤣 
We hope this episode makes you stop and slow the fuck down and when you realize you’re rushing your life away, stop and take a second to smell the roses and take in the beauty around you.

Hi! We are back for episode number 7! This week, we are pissed about how expensive healthcare is in the US, and Kelsey got mad and did lots of research and even consulted with the president of Yale (obviously not true). For most of the episode we shed light into some of the serious issues and shortcomings with the American healthcare system in comparison to other other high income countries of the world. To answer Harvard's question, yes we think the US Healthcare System is broken. For the rest of the episode, naturally, our conversation is gears towards other important topics, such as SpongeBob Squarepants and our recent trip to the Goo Lagoon. We're in for a wild ride on this one.
