207. if you are a highly driven person like my clients and me, i'm sure there are times when you feel behind. you aren't making the progress on your goal or project that you want to be making. or maybe you aren't able to get yourself to show up for it at all.
so you trash talk yourself for being behind. and it doesn't feel good to trash talk yourself, so you don't feel motivated to work on the project, so you get even more behind. it's a cycle that can be hard to break out of.
luckily, i have experience with this, so i'm able to help you get out of it.
on this episode, i share a recent personal story about me being behind and how i got myself out of it.
