Our careers can feel really overwhelming and contribute BIG TIME to our existing anxiety.
So, what the heck can we do about it??
First of all, let's take a minute to recognize that our bodies can only take so much stress and pressure! So if you're feeling overwhelmed and anxious by your work, please know that you're not alone and know that you need to give yourself a break!
Mindset Coach, Tabitha Sampson, has three action steps for us all to follow:
1) Remind yourself that you're only ONE person- you can't be everything to everyone
2) Take off some pressure- let some air out of those tires, baby! You need a break
3) SIMPLE direction: you don't need to do ALL the things, just ONE thing!

Okay, let's talk about FOOD, BABY
It's Fajita Time, ya'll!!
1red pepper
1yellow pepper
1orange pepper
1 onion
1 lb chicken tenderloin
fajita seasoning
throw all of the above into your slow cooker
cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours
When it's done, take a pair of chicken sheers and cut up the chicken into bite size pieces !
Throw them into your favorite tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings!
This dinner is SIMPLE, a family crowd pleaser and a great way to end your day after a long day a work- because the LAST thing we want is to add MORE stress!!
