In part one we will discuss how Timing, Length, and Temperature are viewed in regards to TCM diagnostics, how we get certain imbalances and how to treat them from a TCM perspective. 

In part 2 of the series, we will talk about what your period is trying to tell you and what TCM has to say about advanced maternal and paternal age.
