What Ukraine needs entering second year of war

US President Biden paid a surprise visit to Kyiv this morning to mark the first anniversary of Russia’s large scale invasion of Ukraine. The trip comes just after a heated Munich Security Conference where US Vice President Kamala Harris formally accused Russia of crimes against humanity. At the conference, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba spoke to Christiane about what his country needs as the war enters its second year.
