#0019- What we make it mean that we are overweight

When I ask the question, "Why are you overweight?" What comes to mind?

For some of us, we think shameful thoughts that something is wrong with us.

For others of us, we look outside of us for reasons we can't lose weight.

But, what if we were wrong about that?
