Nearly one year in and WOW! I wanted to start a podcast for years and was always 'too busy' until one of my coaches said 'DO IT'. And I am glad he did. 80 episodes later with many more coming and wow, what a humbling journey. What have I learned? There are a lot of amazing people in the world. People  whose journeys have been every bit as wild as mine. People have achieved success in so many ways but yet are still striving for more, to get better, to give more, to love more, to help others more. 

Success looks different for different people but one thing is constant. When we achieve what it is for us, we light up and make a difference in the world. My guests have done just that. They have lit up to share a bit about their story and how they are making a difference today. Is passive income a myth? It definitely is in some asset classes. This includes some real estate classes where real estate can be anything but passive. While no investment is 100% passive, there are some classes that are much closer than others. Commercial medical spaces is one such place.
