What you need to know to assess 'vitamin' D more thoroughly

In this episode, I share my beef with how we collectively have become obsessed with vitamin D to the point of detriment.

It's time to understand how we actually make vitamin D in the body and it's metabolism in the body, it's co-factors and an appropriate path to testing. 

It's important to understand that Vitamin D is made in our bodies by a step by step conversion process. It's not a vitamin we get from food as our primary source of it for human health. 

It's important not to be REACTIVE about the 'vitamin' D piece of your health, YES even in light of 'C-19' prevention.
