With Australian dairy production totalling over $4 billion annually, it’s no exaggeration to say it’s one of Australia’s most important ag sectors. Australia is one of the world’s largest exporters of dairy but between falling global markets and ongoing processor exits, the concerns of domestic producers are starting to rise.
