Anthony Duruji is a junior forward at the University of Florida, who is also a native of Montgomery County! Duruji just finished his first season playing at Florida after transferring up from Louisiana Tech of Conference USA. English as a player won the most games out of any player in Missouri history over his four years, was drafted by the Detroit Pistons and spent time in the NBA and Europe before pursuing a career in coaching. Merrimack won the NEC regular season championship last year, and they are in position to potentially win another one in just their second year of division 1 basketball.
