• 2 ounces scotch or bourbon
• 1 ounce amaretto

Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

Kamikaze Cocktail

• 2 ounces vodka
• ½ ounce Cointreau (or triple sec)
• ¼ ounce fresh lime juice

Shake the ingredients with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Today we discuss the enemies in video games that annoy us the most and what we would do if we were given a video game developer and some Intellectual Properties.

New Yorker

• 1½ ounces bourbon (or rye)
• ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Dash of grenadine
• Orange twist
• Lemon twist

Pour the bourbon and lime juice into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Add the sugar and grenadine and stir well.

Dark and Stormy

• 1 to 2 slices fresh ginger (optional)
• 2 ounces dark rum
• ½ tablespoon ginger syrup or simple syrup
• 3 to 4 ounces chilled ginger beer
• 2 lime wedges

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice and add the fresh ginger. Add the rum and ginger syrup, and stir. Top with ginger beer. Squeeze the lime wedges over the drink and drop them in.

Mojito

• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
• 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
• 2 ounces light rum
• 3 to 4 ounces chilled club soda
• Fresh mint sprig

Directions: In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle together the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rum. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with the mint sprig.

Kalimotxo

• 1 liter cola
• 1 liter wine
• Lemon wedge

Directions: Mix ingredients together and serve with lemon wedge

 Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled wineglass. Garnish with the orange slice and watermelon wedge.

•  1 ounce heavy cream

• 2 ounces rum
• 3/4 ounce rum
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• strawberries

Instructions

Start by shaking or muddling 3 medium sized strawberries, add the ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake, Double strain the liquid into a martini glass.

Murder in Moscow

• 2 ounces vodka
• 3/4 ounce lime juice
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• ginger beer
• lime wedge

Instructions

Shake the vodka simple syrup lime juice and ice in a shaker strain into a tulip glass (we used a goblet) top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime.

Nuclear Meltdown

• 1/2 oz. Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Gin
• 1/2 oz. Rum (Light)
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz. Tequila (Optional)
• Sweet & Sour Mix
• Float of Melon Liqueur

Garnish: Cherry

Pour the vodka, gin, rum and triple sec into a glass with ice. Fill it with sweet and sour mix and add the melon liqueur on top.

Shark Bite

• 1 1/2 oz spiced rum (alternate recipe 3/4 ounce spiced rum, 3/4 ounce light rum)
• 3/4 oz blue curacao
• 3 oz sour mix
• grenadine , few drops to a splash

Mix everything but the grenadine and stir; add the grenadine and serve
