Mame and Omi are back with the seventh episode of What’s Your Flavor. In this episode they first talk about what’s been happening since the last episode, including what they got up to this Independence Weekend. They discuss some of the new places that have popped up around Accra also. They also discuss enjoyment budgets & some ways to manoeuvre Accra without breaking bank amongst other things. 

Mame and Omi are back with the sixth episode of What’s Your Flavor. In this episode they first talk about what’s been happening since the last episode. They discuss about the new places that opened in Accra due to the Year of Return festivities. They were then joined by Zubaidah who is more popularly known as Zubie/Zubbz. Zubaidah is a food blogger/influenced who recommends places and various dishes at restaurants. She also has a website zubzz.com where she has menus from over 100 restaurants available to browse through and also restaurants categorized based on what budget you are looking at. Mame and Omi discuss with Zubie about her motivation to start this line of business, making it a career choice, what plans she has for the future and more.

Omi & Mame are back with the fifth episode of What's Your Flavor. This is the first podcast of the new year and decade and we wish all our listeners a very Happy New Year. On this episode Mame and Omi talk about their December in Accra, the Year of Return on the whole, which events they attended. They then spoke about the 2nd edition of the What's Your Flavor Day Party that happened. And finally they spoke about if Accra really needs new Recreational centres/places when it already has some places which are not being patronised enough. 

Omi & Mame are back with the fourth episode of What’s Your Flavor. In this episode, Mame & Omi briefly talk about Omi's trip to India. What he  And they also catch up on some of the events that transpired since the last episode. After which they spoke to Kwame Bishops of Biishville fame. They talked to him about his new venture Luna Rooftop Bar, his plans for it and the growth of Biishville and what it has in store for the future. 

Omi & Mame are back with the third episode of What’s Your Flavor. In this episode, Mame & Omi do a little catching up, talking about their days. They were then joined by Dylan & Ernest, the Head Honchos of Serallio & Buddies Sports Bar and Grill, respectively. They give us a little insight on what it’s like to run businesses in Accra, what it takes to maintain longevity & have a loyal customer base. 

Omi & Mame are back with the 2nd episode of the second season of What’s Your Flavor. In this episode Mame and Omi talk about Omi leaving for India on his holiday, what he's going to do and what he's looking forward to. They were then joined by Dede Buckman, proprietor of Cool Scoop, a made-in-Ghana gelato company.  It's relatively new, and Dede guided Mame and Omi on how the company operates, the flavours they have and what they have in store for the future. 

Omi & Mame are back with the 1st episode of the second season of What’s Your Flavor. They do a little catch-up, figure out what food they are for the week & are joined by special guest Helen, who talks about Veganism as well as some of the things that come with being vegan in Accra.

On this episode Mame and Omi talk about some of the events they went to that had to do with Food and alcohol, The Barbecue and The Guinness Smooth Launch being some of them. They were joined by MC Extraordinaire: Jonny Stone or as we like to call him MC Jonah aka Jonathan Stonathan on this episode and they discussed in depth about weird food combinations such as Ice cream and Fries, spaghetti and light soup with eggs and whole lot more. There's also a lot of banter between Jonny and Mame and some talk about 50 first dates and more. 

On this episode Mame and Omi discuss about the first ever Blue Cheese Conclave that Chef Keeks and his Madam Salma did. The Blue Cheese Conclave was a 4 course fine dine lunch event that had 20 people showing up. Mame and Omi discuss about the event in detail and what their favourite dish was. From there they discussed about the first Mames Tastes dinner event that had an environmental theme as the backdrop. Mame gave her thoughts about how it went and the feedback she got from the event.
