On this episode Mame and Omi were joined by by three guests in Adwoa, Maureen and Nana Yaa to talk about customer service at Restaurants here in Ghana and get an outside perspective as to how businesses deal with it and what measures they take to combat bad customer service. They also spoke about their best and worst experiences at restaurants. 

On this episode Mame and Omi talk about the Jameson Connect event that happened the preceding week and the environmentally friendly practices that Jameson did during the event and how we as consumers of food can do our bit to be more environmentally conscious. Following that the two talked about one of the biggest problem plaguing the restaurants of Ghana. Customer service.
