Joining us this week is Kristi Mohn, from LifeTime events to talk all things Unbound Gravel, but especially their efforts towards inclusion with a new program, Wheels of Welcome that Marley Blonsky is leading.

Kristi started riding gravel back in 2004 in Emporia, Kansas. She joked that there are 3 paved road rides and 300 gravel routes. Since then, Mohn has worked as a race director for Unbound Gravel, the massively popular and massively hard (but do-able!) gravel race in Kansas, and on the “200 Women 200 Miles” initiative at the race.

Kristi continues to work with Life Time on off road events, specifically leading the DEI initiatives and working to get more butts on bikes. She is also the co-host of Girls Gone Gravel and is a partner in The Gravel House, a destination AirBNB in Patagonia, AZ that encourage people to get outside and off the beaten path. She believes adventures on two wheels are the best adventures, and loves to share that passion with all

Kristi calls Emporia home alongside her husband Tim. She’s the proud mom to grown twins, Sydney and Mason, and is looking forward to some new adventures with their new pup, Mingus!
