“How do I help my team member through hard moments in her business? She’s at a leadership rank and she’s previously earned huge luxurious sales incentive trips, but this year she will not qualify. She’s beating herself up because everyone will see that she’s not on the trip this year which means they will know she’s not maintaining her rank.

But at the same time, we’ve been talking about what she needs to do for a long time and she just hasn’t done it…which is WHY she hasn’t earned the trip! How do I encourage her to keep going but also challenge her to make the changes so she’s not in this place again next year?”
