Have you been told to "level up and leave them behind"? Or to "find your tribe" and let the rest go? That advice is everywhere online, and it's a little too black-and-white for me. I share the three truths to hold at once when you're changing faster than the people you love.

Here's the truth most growth content gets wrong: when you're growing faster than the people around you, the answer isn't "cut them off" or "pretend nothing has changed." It's three things at once, and they're easier to hold than you'd think.
