A Jewish friend recently challenged me to explain why Christians believe Jesus is the Messiah. Specifically, he wanted to know where the Old Testament prophets foretold that the Messiah would die, be dead for three days, and rise from the grave. I thought it might be helpful if I shared my answer here on my own channel, as well, because some of us might be wondering the same thing.
