I have been through many professional transitions in my life. My work history includes being a retail employee, waitress, weight loss consultant, primary school teacher, and for more than 18 years I have been an Registered Massage Therapist. I have expanded my home based practice to include Craniosacral Therapy, Jikiden Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy. I call this combined therapy Integrated Healing and it is my favourite way to work!
I have been a yoga student for more than 25 years and a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher for 7 years. I love teaching workshops that include yoga, meditation and sound healing. I have taught a variety of workshops including, Re-birthing, Healing Chakras, Releasing Fear, and many more, to groups ranging from 5-65 people.
My latest transition is adding Holistic Life Coaching to my professional repertoire. I love helping women transition personally and professionally, taking time to re-discover who they truly are and what they are passionate about.
I truly believe that when we combine different modalities and our experience that we can create shifts in our perception and our healing. I try to incorporate my ongoing learning into my family and my work life to serve myself and others well.

In this episode I share a little bit about my disconnect from my Indigenous roots. My feelings about the recently found 215 Indigenous childrens bodies found on the property of what was once Canada's largest Residential school. I talk about the racism and generational trauma that is still greatly felt today.
