  • Exposing A Rude Comedian I've Met

About a week ago, I met a well-known comedian and this quick interaction had me shook and left me shook the following week. SO I’m here to discuss my thoughts and share with you guys how this has been a huge shift, reflection, and an awakening for me that aligns with my self-healing journey. He revealed a part of my heart space I needed to reopen and the confidence I needed to return to myself to take my power back. NOW, I’M ABLE TO listen to throwback rom com songs and watch them romantic movies whilst feeling those emotions of love within and for myself rather than what I feared before to be manifesting into a longing for the idea of romance or individuals who had not yet existed. I didn’t want to feed into that but I at this place in my life was able to feel that in the healthiest and most grounding way. I hope this faith I feel and good energies continue forward with me whilst I learn from experiences like these that I had with this comedian. Obviously I don’t want to sound like someone who saw this person as their world or idol or anything like that because he’s not but Nigel is just someone I admire and appreciate who shares great content that meeting him happened to have affected me in this way that I share.

Disclaimer: No hate intended. There are always factors that come into play which I further discuss but I experienced a shitty quick interaction with this individual, Nigel Clarke so these are just my analysis, thoughts, and lessons on my personal experience with this cunt.

Sorry if this episode may sound repetitive but that’s me, so you’re welcome haha but yeah I hope you all make it and listen ’til the end! Enjoy!

  • Value Yourself & Respect Your Boundaries

Disclaimer!!! These can be normal human being behaviors and feelings to just be made aware of and grow from! I just speak of specifically my case of how I USED TO BE codependent but no longer am anymore and how my progress and accomplishments are reflected from having spoken to this Rufus. He allowed me to come to completion in removing the little ties and tendencies of codepencies I had yet to cleanse and release myself of. I am - thank God! and the Universe! - no longer codependent and am conscious of knowing not to act on it if I am ever triggered. I hope to help all of you out there find the self love and self respect you deserve to have with yourself and the healthy treatment you deserve with the right people in any relationship. Thank you to my best friend, Jen, for reaching out to me to clarify this because this is a serious conversation and I don’t want anyone to selfshame or misidentify yourselves. And know regardless to never shame yourself because you are all valid and worthy just by breathing and being alive. I love and appreciate your existence, love.

Don't force it, let it be. Know your power, your value, your worth, and respect your healthy BOUNDARIES. Create boundaries for yourself and love yourself. Appreciate your progress and what more you have yet to work on! 2019!!! LOVE YOURSELVES AND STAY BOOKED AND BUSY! Be Kind To One Another.

Rufus reflected my growth and progress! My Self-healing continues <3 @Nu_Mindframe and Breeny Lee both confirmed and guided me along this part of my journey. Check them out; they are absolutely amazing and will help wherever you are in life right now. I thank my closest friends for being so patient and supportive as they loved me at my best AND my worst. Thank you!

  • Knowing Who You Are & What You Want Before The Next Relationship

Anne and Annette join me to discuss all about boys, - all of which can apply to any partners - relationships, finding yourself codependent and when you need to pull yourself out. You may not be codependent but it’s behaviors that you find in yourself and your partner that you should create boundaries for and not put up with. Knowing when to pull out or work through something to move forward with the opposite person.
