People are searching for happiness, especially in the United States. The 2025 World Happiness Report shows that the U.S. continues to fall on the list of happiest places. If you, like myself, live in the U.S. and struggle to find happiness, you’re in luck.

The 2025 World Happiness Report mentioned something that has been a practice of our Heavenly Father for quite some time — the importance of sitting down at a table and having a meal with someone. I want to tell you how God has gone about this and what actually happens at the table that contributes to our happiness. I also want to tell you how you can emulate this in order to bring happiness to your children.
