So many of us forget to think about the future. Maybe we're super present in the moment, maybe we've always been past-focused.


But I want to encourage you today to remember your FUTURE. Because really, when we have a clear sense of what we want in the future, it helps us make strong choices TODAY.


There's a game I play when I'm swimming with friends and we're treading water together and chatting. We call it Sliding Doors. And it's SO fun to apply this to our conversation today, because it really gets you thinking about how your choices today affect your future results!


For our purposes right now, here are the two doors in front of you…


Door one: continue to do what you're doing. It's not necessarily right or wrong, good or bad.


Door two: lose weight for the last time. Become free from food FOREVER. Change the legacy in your family around food and body image. LOVE YOURSELF.


Joe Tuccio said, "Your current life is a result of your previous choices. If you want something different, begin to choose differently."


You can choose to keep the mental chatter, the overeating, the over-restriction, the overthinking…. But OH MY GOD. I know firsthand that that's a freaking brutal way to live. You deserve better than that.
