Paul is back this week and there’s a lot to catch up on. He’s got a new tattoo – where is it and what is it of?

It turns out, this week, that all of the PlayingFTSE team have been listening to the same podcast. It’s The Memo, with Howard Marks – but what’s the latest episode about?

After what we’ve been consuming, it’s on to the US consumers. Paul thinks they’re not in good shape, but Steve D has other ideas.

That’s followed by an unscheduled detour into NextEra Energy. Both Steves sold this a while ago and they’re feeling good about themselves right now, but what would cause them to get back in?

And Steve W’s finishing up with a stock for Paul – a UK REIT specialising in houses. The PRS REIT has been buying houses near Steve D, but is a 6% dividend yield enough to tempt Paul out of his bunker?
