Episode 35 of 'Which is the Best?' podcast was recorded in a cupboard under some stairs at The Stand comedy club in Edinburgh.

We found some Brasso, one of us might have sniffed it to see what it smelled like.

It was Sammy, she got a headache.

Which is the Best is a podcast hosted by the comedians Sammy Dobson and Lee Kyle, in which they decide which is best between things of the same or similar names.

They're at the Edinburgh fringe and have gone quite mad, quite early. Honestly, the thing Sammy says near the end of this one is insane, even by her standards. Her highly insane standards.

Episode 31 of Which is the Best, the podcast where Lee Kyle and Sammy Dobson decide between things of the same or similar names, is almost certainly one for the fans...

It's not the usual episode, half of it is a nice chat, the other half is highlights of our first ever live show, recorded at 'The Great Yorkshire Fringe' in York.

This week, Sammy forgets how to talk properly for quite a lot of it, then, out of nowhere, tells what is, for her, a remarkably clever joke.

She then quickly forgets how to talk again.

After terrifying ourselves to death last week, this week we try and keep it light and frothy on Which is the Best? podcast (A podcast where Lee Kyle and Sammy Dobson decide which is the best between things of the same or similar names.

There's only one bit where Sammy reveals that she once accidentally disrespected a memorial service, so that's pretty good going I reckon.

This weeks decisions are between:

Wondering or wandering.

Is having a good ponder (about where your life is going...) better than wandering (Getting lost). Feels like it could get deep this onedoesn't it? It doesn't.

and

Bananarama (Surly 80s hit machine) and Banana Armour(That container you sometimes see that you can keep bananas in)

Yeah, it's not our best pun is it?

Oh, by the way, we are doing live versions of this at the Great Yorkshire Fringe on 25th July in York (16.30 at the Tea Pot), and at the Edinburgh Fringe on 10th August (20.40 at Woodland Creatures).

It's nice that we are performing at the Tea Pot and then at Woodland Creatures isn't it? Makes us seem like we are in a Beatrix Potter story....

This week, the 27th time, 'Which is the Best? Podcast' got scary.

Look, this is just a normal episode really, until near the end when it turns into a live horror movie.

Full disclosure: Neither of us are into ghosts, we don't really believe in them. But, for a few minutes at the end of this podcast we absolutely did and it was terrifying. Sammy is an actor, a good one too, but she's not THAT good. Lee isn't an actor at all, if he was just pretending to be scared, you'd be able to tell...

The rest of the Episode is a light hearted affair, we decide whether Cricket (Long game) is better than crickets (Itchy legged mini beasts) and then, on a whim, whether Jimmy Cricket (Funny man (Very nice in real life too, showbiz fact fans) is better than Jiminy Cricket (Wooden boy advisor).

That's all very much an entree to an eerie main course though.

Look at the picture, it's our recording studio (Car) near South Shields beach. It was quite a nice day so we went there to decide which is the best between things of the same or similar names but with a seaside theme.

See or sea. Is looking at stuff better than a load of water with sharks in?

Crabs or crabs. Are sideways turtles better than thatch irritants? We need to grow up.
