Which Murderer?

In Episode 45 Season 2, Holly and Gemma make a two-parter special to cover Murderers with Head Injuries. Holly starts off in Part One with the coverage of Bobby Jo Long.

There are some corrections to be make as Gemma can’t count bones while Holly wishes for 100 more in the human body and shout-outs for some fans including hashtag-name-thing @Why83km and a lovely South African listener whom the girls struggle to name.

In Part One distracted mothering leads to a ridiculous level of childhood head injuries, co-sleeping gets super creepy, Holly doesn’t recommend the Plea Garden for a visit, and you should really put helmets on all your children.

In Part Two Gemma covers the sports personality Aaron Hernandez. Holly yells at Gemma for making her talk, family BBQs get messy, Holly finds more reasons to yell at Producer Craig and the magnificent t-shirt he is wearing scares away the Postman.

In Episode 44 Season 2, Gemma and Holly talk about 'Killers Who Died While Murdering' - which Gemma picked and subsequently ruined 3 days of Holly’s life. Gemma covers the story of Wayne Nance whose story should totally be a movie and then Holly chats through the death of murderer Neal Falls who liked to have options.

Holly thinks getting up early, getting fuel and driving to Gemma’s is overachieving, Gemma points out the history of mobile homes to Holly, the girls declare that 9 children is too many but 1 is too few and Holly illuminates the murderers. Also crowdbraining is highly supported by the Which Murderer team and Producer Craig would likely die in a murder situation because Gemma is a drama-pain-queen.

In Episode 43 Season 2, Holly and Gemma take a suggestion from 'Australian Al' and cover Body Storage Solutions. Holly pretty much takes the easiest option and covers the Snowtown Murders which do not involve Santa or Snow despite the happy sounding name. Gemma then goes on to destroy all our happy feelings with the sad tale of Junko Furuta and her murder.

Holly is STILL hungry in this episode, Gemma has tongue issues with her words, Holly has useless friends who don't listen to the podcast anyway, there is a Spider Wall and Gemma progressively turns into a sad-sad-panda throughout the episode.

In Episode 42 Season 2, Gemma and Holly struggle their way through dates and times to bring you Murders from the 2010's. Gemma goes over the grisly tale of murderer Robert Bayne who murdered in Holly's old stomping grounds. Then Holly covers the short but tragic case of Murderer John Maden from Manchester.


In this episode Holly can't carb so just stares longingly at Gemma's food, the paleness of the Scottish people is mentioned, Gemma explains what the Bebo age was and Holly's friend proves useless.

In Episode 41 Season 2, Holly and Gemma finally return home from the Highlands of Scotland and are really quite miserable about it. The girls cover Murderers with No MO and Holly tentatively takes on the terrifying character Israel Keyes. Gemma then goes on to cover the South African Cedric Mack.

Gemma gives a shout-out to a friend named Andrew who the girls then manage to also threaten, then there is another Instagram fan mention. Log cabin building times seem very unreasonable, 10 kids is too many, New Orleans proves to be a difficult word and Afrikaans turns out to be a very difficult language on all fronts....so our researcher had to come to the rescue. At the end. When it was too late.

In Episode 39 Season 2, Holly and Gemma wake up in a tender state in Highlands of Scotland. The girls talk about cases of Biters with Holly diving into the gory tale of the 'Butcher of Hanover' or  "Fritz" Haarmann. Gemma then goes on to tell us all about the case of Stephanie Lazarus who got way obsessed with a guy. They aren't worth murdering for ladies!

In Episode 38 Season 2, Gemma and Holly are in a tipsy state in Highlands of Scotland. The girls tackle cases of Well Educated Murderers with Gemma chatting through the story of Joseph Michael Swango who used his brain cells for bad doctoring and general human interacting. Holly then talks through the case of Amy Bishop who reached a tragic breaking point. 


Holly finds shampoo made by angels but sadly needs to sell a body organ to get restocked, Gemma struggles with words which leads to some wine induced profanity, Producer Craig gets yelled at, there is a mid-recording f**k up correction and the girls make an urgent appeal to smart people everywhere.

In Episode 37 Season 2, Holly and Gemma apparently now live in Highlands of Scotland. The girls cover the difficult topic of Cop Killers with Holly getting inspiration from Reddit on her case about Christopher Monfort who specifically targeted the police with his rage. Gemma then covers the historic Linwood Bank Robbery case from the outskirts of Glasgow, Scotland. 


The girls do not recommend bank robberies as a lucrative return for effort, clearly have no knowledge on concrete things (FYI it takes 24 - 48 hours to set....now we know), Holly gets passionate about stuff as per usual and the girls continue to drink.
