  • S2 EPISODE 36: Scottish Highland Murders
In Episode 36 Season 2, Gemma and Holly are still recording on the road in the Highlands of Scotland. The girls cover the appropriately chosen theme of Scottish Highland Murders and Gemma starts the ball rolling with the story of Allister Wilson's death. Holly then tells us about the cold case murder of Renee Macrae which has some exciting new developments.

Holly renames everything in Scotland north of Inverness 'the weird zone'.....change your maps immediately, Gemma invents a new language called wine-ish, Holly totally solves then totally unsolves Gemma's case, there is actual rage related to Scottish words and Holly matches the hotel decor.

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who was a broken man by the end of this episode. You just can't tell the girls what to do Producer Craig...they don't answer to timers. Only candy.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who will probably have to be hog-tied before he agrees to another road trip with the girls.

  • S2 EPISODE 35: Hotel Murders
In Episode 35 Season 2, Holly and Gemma hit the road to record on location in the Highlands of Scotland. The girls cover Hotel Murders (making the thematic connection as they are staying in a hotel - genius!) and Holly talks about the Claypool Hotel which had it's share of fame, fortune and murders. Gemma then tells us about a horrific death at a hotel by Jesse McDonald who was a fancy criminal.

Holly continues her brave struggle with time and math, some great advice on not helping your boyfriend clean up murder is given, Gemma suspects Holly may need testing for meth and the girls struggle with this week's decision.

Shoutout to a fan with a great case suggestion from Australia.

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who was super amazing at setting up our equipment on site but also was drinking soooo, results may vary. Nobody really knows if it was all plugged in.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who still gets yelled at for poor flag performance.

  • S2 EPISODE 34 : Alcohol and Murder
In Episode 34 Season 2, Holly and Gemma discuss murders that involved alcohol, which is fitting as both the girls are quite hungover. Gemma starts off with a disclaimer that her case about Angela Wrightson is very sad this week. Holly then discusses the murderer Jean Lanfray who had a fondness of absinthe and pretty much all other drinks involving alcohol.

Holly shouts out the podcast Sharp and shares her own absinthe story from when she was in a questionable bar in Prague. Gemma tries and fails to use intelligent words.

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig whose head is constantly in his hands by the end of this episode.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who may need surgery to bring his hands back down to his side.

  • S2 EPISODE 33: Murder Manhunts
In Episode 33 Season 2, Holly and Gemma talk about Murder Manhunts with some sneaky country leavers. Holly covers Shane O'Brien who didn't have a bank account - which blows Holly's mind, followed by Gemma's telling of the bizarre murderer Luka Magnotta who was recently the subject of the Netflix documentary 'Don't F**k with Cats'.

The girls handle criticism well in the morning recording session, Gemma goes HULK about men in clubs, Holly invents the term 'Kraying it', time travel breaks the girls and the final decision is hard this week due to the brutality of both cases.

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who doesn't like whispering when the girls are recording. He's a very fussy producer.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who will now only be spoken to in big shouty words.

  • S2 EPISODE 32: Religious Murders
In Episode 32 of Season 2, Gemma and Holly brave a hangover to bring you all some murders connected to Religion. There were a few to choose from sadly. Gemma talks about Lauren Stuart and her Jehovah's Witness family. Holly then takes on a Catholic murder committed on sacred ground by the priest Gerald Robinson.

Holly has her life ruined by a pepper...not just any pepper...only the FIFTH HOTTEST PEPPER ON EARTH, Gemma is given a massive editing challenge and gives Holly a view into nunneries, bananas provide some flashbacks for the girls and Christmas redemption is found.

Shoutouts for a lovely listener named Paul from Australia who gives us fab feedback and a suggestion for later use, then listener Samantha puts as all into a state of sadness with her email and a case that definitely needs to be spoken about. Later.

Recording, production and post-production completed by Producer Craig who still brings candy and drinks to the girls despite them casually doing exactly the opposite of what he asks. Consistently.

Gemma mostly edited this week in between festive bouts of drinking. All complaints should be sent directly to Producer Craig who is softly humming in his corner while blinking God Save the Queen in Morse Code.

In Episode 31 Season Two, Holly and Gemma cover cases of Bosses Who Murder. Holly goes into the tale of Hemy Newman who was crazy in love.....or just crazy. Gemma talks about the tragic and frustrating murder of Alisha and Ava Bromfield by the worst manager on earth.

The girls start out with a weather and car safety segment which makes Producer Craig pull out all his eyelashes in frustration, Gemma uses an ominous voice, the girls discuss workplace 'rubbers', Holly suppresses burps and the girls have to drag it out a bit because the cases are SO clear cut. Bonus content includes Holly ranting a lot about fireworks.

Production, recording and post-production provided by Producer Craig who loses his last drop of patience potion this episode.

Editing done by co-host Gemma this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig along with some false eyelashes to replace his loss. The longer the better.

  • S2 EPISODE 30: Victorian Murders
In Episode 30 Season 2, the girls cover some grisly Victorian murders. Gemma goes for Frederick Bailey Deeming also known as 'Mad Fred' who failed at relationships and fatherhood dramatically. Holly then talks about Richard Dadd who was an accomplished artist and crazy person....perhaps even an Egyptian god.

Holly ticks all her boxes, Gemma introduces Effie the Dog to the episode by gently accidentally booting her, Holly reveals the rules of Arson Club and the girls make it clear syphilis is not a good character trait in husbands.

Shoutouts to the Genuine Chit Chat and Just the Tipsters podcasts - thanks for all your support!

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who used some pretty fancy hand signals this week trying to get Gemma to say the words, 'Facebook Group'....which of course she refused to do. Luckily Holly stepped in with her psychic abilities to save the day.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who did a victory lap when the girls finally acknowledged their podcast host platform. But then he got yelled at so he probably won't do that again.

  • S2 EPISODE 29: Stalking that Led to Murder
In Episode 29 Season 2, Holly and Gemma talk about cases of stalking which sadly led to murder. Holly covers Robert John Bardow who went deep into TV land and mental disorder, followed by Gemma's telling of a sad case of domestic abuse/stalking that led to the murder of Shana Grice.

Gemma shouts out her sister's roommate Claire who is the new podcast sister, Holly gives Gemma an update on one of her cases, the girls are surprised for the three thousandth time that murder is sad and Holly plugs memes and forgets about the Which Murderer website.

Petal Faced Gypsy is a supporter of Which Murderer so thanks to Sean and Rachel for everything!

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who continues to make huffy puffy sounds after the girls adjust their microphones. Apparently 'moving them about with wild abandonment' is not adjusting.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who has a permanent left eye twitch due to endless microphone adjustments.

  • S2 EPISODE 28: Murderers Who Wrote Books
In Episode 28 Season 2, Gemma and Holly talk about murderers who put pen to paper and wrote books about their crimes. Gemma speaks about Donald Gaskins Jr. aka 'PeeWee' who had adorable nicknames and gang names....but was very much not adorable. Then Holly covers Johann "Jack" Unterweger who had some hard core Mummy issues.

Holly fails at the first hurdle, the girls get nostalgic for the days where you could just join a circus, Gemma talks through some casual cannibalism and the girls don't understand how anyone could lose the murderer lottery.

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who has a lot of knowledge about strangulation with undergarments. A lot. A concerning amount really. More than you would think. Gemma are you OK?

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who is under close observation by the girls.

  • S2 EPISODE 27: Case Zero
In Episode 27 Season 2, Holly and Gemma discuss cases that sparked their obsessions with true crime - CASE ZERO. Holly tries to cover the Black Dahlia but seeing as Gemma was TOO SELFISH to look into the future it's already been done, so she settles for a connected case and the murder of Gertrude Landon. Gemma then goes on to cover a murderer Ann Rule wrote about, Diane Downs.

Holly is pretty aggressive about Gemma stealing her case a year ago, Gemma has a freakishly good memory, Gemma's murderer was apparently not in love with stamps and Holly copyrights something not her own. Again.

Production, recording and post production completed by Producer Craig who has done some seriously fancy flag work over the last month or so. He's a trooper we tell you. He is also the provider of sugar which usually bites him in the ass but is very much appreciated by the 'talent'.

Gemma mostly edited this week. All complaints should be sent to Producer Craig who has legally changed his middle name to 'Agenda' due to how much he loves one.
