Season 1 is coming to a close, so we nominated what we thought were the some of the very best whiskies we tried throughout the season in the following categories:

Best Budget, Best Craft, Most Memorable, Be st Value, Best International, Best Bourbon, Best Rye, and Best Single Malt

This week we discuss what factors play into our decision of whether or not to purchase a bottle, I regale James with the details of the baby food taste test that I won, and we taste through several of our most recent purchases.

This week we try a $250 3 yr Rye along with 3 classic Irish whiskies, James offers to fight Connor McGreggor about Proper 12, and Paul tries to fight James over tasting notes. 

Despite Paul not knowing where Ohio is, Buzzball hangovers, and barking dogs, we manage to pit the Discovery Series 1,2, and 4 head to head to see how different they really are.
