Katlyn Gao, a Bain alum and CEO of League One Volleyball (LOVB), a first-of-its-kind women's volleyball league in the US, is focusing on the lifetime consumption of this predominately female-led game. With backing from big-name investors including Billie Jean King, Kevin Durant, and Chelsea Handler, Katlyn is on a mission to drive commercial success and create more professional opportunities for women the volleyball.
