An audiobook sequel to 'The Brain of Morbius', this double-feature pins the Doctor and Lucie against billionaire madman, Zarodnix (played by Kenneth Colley of Star Wars fame), and his army of bionic centipedes, the Trell. Zarodnix wants to resurrect formerly alive and insane Time Lord dictator, Morbius (played by Samuel West, who's not without a Doctor Who credit...), but he needs to kidnap a Time Lord first to do so.

Turns out, aside from Doc and Lucie, two other factions are hell-bent on stopping him: (1) Gallifrey by grabbing every Time Lord in Time and Space and forcing them back home, and (2) the Sisterhood of Karn (you remember them from the 50th anniversary, right?) by grabbing every Time Lord in Time and Space and executing them. That's some crazy sh*t, eh?!

To make matters worse, Doc and Lucie get separated; Time Lord d-bag, Straxus (Nicholas Grace, reprising his role from Human Resources), is caught by Zarodnix; Lucie is arrested by a Trell police officer (played marvellously by Alexander Siddig of Star Trek DS9 fame); and The Doctor is plonked in a Molecular Dispersal Chamber by The Sisterhood of the Teleporting Pants!

Doc & Lucie meet Auntie Pat again, and this time she's married, successful and happy... Well, they'll have to fix that, won't they?

Doc and Lucie go to meet Wordsworth, but miss the mark and end up in Grasmere in 1984, which is a shame, because this probably could have been a more interesting adventure. On the other hand, they do get to hang out with Auntie Pat (of 'Horror of Glam Rock' fame)!

It turns out, even though Lucie, The Doctor and we, the audience, thought Auntie Pat was a sad spinster who never amounted to anything in her life, here she is running her own B&B and happily married to an unjustifiably successful folk singer named Trevor, played by (*drum roll, please*) freaking Steven Pacey of Blakes 7! So clearly Patty's doing pretty well for herself, n'est pas?

That can't be it, though, surely? Nope, sadly not. Because there are two more people checking into the B&B, namely, Urtak and Mims, two Zygons in disguise who are intent on taking over the world, and have come to ask Trevor to give them a hand. Trevor, you see, has a secret, and you'll never guess what it is. Spoiler alert: Yes, you will.

Who Back When is mega-chuffed and giga-proud to announce our partial regeneration! Behold, The Roarmeister!

We know you've been missing our Classic Who reviews. Timelord knows some of you certainly kept letting us know precisely how angry their absence made you...

The Flap is still otherwise engaged and will be returning to Who Back When for the occasional review and bonus Whovian chat, but – fret not – the show goes on.

The Roarmeister, albeit just as much of a Who rookie (Wookie?) as I (Ponken), brings not just a wealth of wit to the show, but also a bonanza of nerd-knowhow. Before recording our first Classic Who review together, namely, The Time Meddler, I sat down with The Roarmeister to find out more about the man, the myth, the co-host.
