In this weeks episode, I sit down with one of my best friends Spencer, as we dive into what an evolving man looks like. This was one of my favorite episodes to date & you'll find out why! We go over how it was for him and his Wife as they came from completely different backgrounds, but managed to figure it out to create a beautiful-happy marriage. We speak on what else a man can provide aside from the old narrative of just financially. What the difference is between Complacency vs Contentment. In this weeks episode, Sarah & I sit down and dive deep! In fact, this might be the deepest episode I’ve done so far! It’s raw, intimate, personal and I know you guys will be able to relate to so much of what was discussed in this episode. We talk about the importance of choosing yourself and your happiness 1st and foremost. In order to obtain the love that we desire & deserve, we need to love ourselves first! You’ll find out in this episode, that’s not always the easiest thing to do. We take it back to childhood, past relationship experiences (including the worst ones) and hold nothing back when speaking our truths. I know I can speak on behalf of Sarah when I say, we would not be who we are today, if it weren’t for the work we put into ourselves. Simply put, the best investment you can make for yourself, is & always will be YOU! Full Gratitude for Sarah blessing the show & sharing her beautiful story! Please share this episode with someone who you think would benefit from it.

We must continue to find the lessons, which then will lead us to putting in the work. It was such an honor to be able to share all of the above with my guest Alicia! Her story is so inspiring and I can’t wait for you guys to hear it.
