Peter complains about the music and friends in Peter’s Friends and Christine discuss the desecration that is Branaugh’s Frankenstein.

Christine talks about going to Coney Island and seeing the Warriors merchandise still on sale over 30 years after the film and how the After Hours VHS box haunted her most of her life.  

Peter reminisces about the great Warriors screening at the Bloor cinema when it was curated by Edgar Wright for a week in 2009.

They discuss how New York is presented in each film, the portrayal of women, Scorsese’s continual presentation of “unlikeable” characters and which ending is more satisfactory.

Peter discusses his marathon of watching 24 Bond movies in 27 days which made him realize the person playing Bond is the biggest factor in his enjoyment of the movies and how Brosnan's Bond suffered the most in the rewatch.

Christine discusses Bond as one of the rare male characters who is judged by his looks and whether the series should be serious at all.

They also discuss who is the whole notion of constantly recasting new actors for the same part, who is the best Bond, Bond Girls, villains and action scenes.

Why make a Director’s cut?  Which movie benefited the most from the new cuts? Why does Ridley Scott have Director’s cuts of 10 of his movies???

Peter talks about how influential Blade Runner is and how he kept thinking of the movie when he visited Hong Kong and Tokyo.  Christine talks about Ripley being a great female movie icon and is enraged by the “love scene” in Blade Runner.

They discuss how the ambiguity of Blade Runner works incredibly well for it and whether Deckard is a replicant.
