Since the creation of this podcast, Andy and Gabe have wanted to talk about the movie Hereditary. The timing has never been right, but since the spooky season is upon us, the boys figure it’s time to lose our heads over this movie. Welcome to October and prepare to get spooked! This week the boys are starting things off strong with Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight. Sure, it’s not the most scary movie, but it is a nice and easy way to get into the season. With elements of comedy and horror, Demon Knight more than makes up for a lackluster cast and questionable dialogue. Andy is ready to present a trauma that only a friend’s older brother could provide. We’re talking nudity, friends. This movie made Andy look out for movies with a fresh perspective and objective. Beyond that, we get to revisit an awesome movie starring Billy Zane, William Sadler, and Jada Pinkett Smith (No Smith at the time, you know, how she prefers it). So strap in and take hearty swig of old blood and get ready for a night you hope you’ll live through.
