Round two is upon us! The wait is over. The Colorado Avalanche are set to take on the St. Louis Blues tonight in game 1 of their second round series. The Avalanche are rested and ready to roll after having over a week off after completing the sweep of the Nashville Predators and now they look that elusive second round victory in the eyes.

So who do we feel needs to step up in order to take this series away from the Blues? We each have our picks

We as Avalanche fans are very accustomed to not getting as much publicity as we would like in the eyes of the media. Well be prepared for that to kick into high gear in round two as the Avalanche and Blues are up against the Battle for Alberta, the two time defending champs vs the Presidents' Trophy winners and an Original 6 team vs everyone's darling Canes.
