If you need the attention, approval or validation from others in order to prove your greatness (or to feel worthy)…then you will always be disappointed.

The bottom line is people are flaky and fleeting as they should be. They are here on the planet to seek their own destiny. The same as you.

Outside approval is temporary and you gotta jump through too many hoops in order to gain attention.

Decide to feel good from the inside OUT. Think about what is going to make you feel your absolute best in everything that you do, so that you have no regrets. #InnerGuidance #SpiritLed #Individual #HarnessingYourPower #StopGivingYourPowerAway

When I first launched this podcast, the response was overwhelmingly positive. It did all the thing and so much more than I anticipated.

I never told you what makes me say the thing that I do and shared the depth of ‘my viewpoint of the world.’ MY…why

What I hope you walk away with most of all, is that life can and will take many twists and turns AND it is amazing! All of it shapes our experiences.

As much as this is sharing about my why, it is also about trying again despite what the voice in the head will try to dissuade you from. Pushing past the chatter, so that you can see what is on the other side.

Too often you see someone and you make a snap decision. A judgment. We all do it. But what if we push past where we would usually stop or dismiss a person and got really curious about another person, especially if they are ‘different’ than us?

What would we learn about them, our vision of the world and even ourselves?

What I always find is a human being who wants to be seen and heard and who is interested in what I have to say in exchange.

Jasmin Murphy is a Wellness Advocate who modifies fitness and exercise for herself and others. She empowers people to start where they are and to examine what is right for them in their journey of weight loss and fitness.

How freeing is that? You don’t have to be cookie cutter in your approach to anything. You don’t have to hide until it is perfect. Instead, start where you are, begin again if you have to…

You have been told that being nice is what you are supposed to do. And that ‘Nice Guys’ finish last and this is true.

There is a reason for that. Nice doesn’t expect to get the best, go first…everyone else goes before Nice. Nice hopes that it will be recognized and acknowledged. Nice gets the scraps.
