Y’all know Kristin is passionate about self care. After doing a whole series on self care (Episodes 2-5), she decided to bring her husband on the mic to discuss self care within marriage,.
Today on Wholistic Hearts, Joshua and Kristin connect about why it is so important to your family and especially your marriage to speak up for what you need. If you find yourself needing help finding that voice and need a coach, message me, I’d love to come alongside and help empower you to live fully.
We all bring in expectations to our marriage whether we are aware or not. Expectations can be anything from how we load the dishwasher to how to parent to how we walk out our relationship with Jesus.
Today on Wholistic Hearts, Kristin and Joshua, share their continual story of letting go and understanding the why behind their expectations. Other topics discussed: *“Should’s” *Duty vs. Outflow *Netflix Wisdom from The English Game

We are starting a new series today asking a simple yet important question- do you KNOW Him? Who is each part of the Trinity? What do each one exhibit? How do we develop a relationship to each part as one. We can certainly know a lot ABOUT God- do Bible Study, have a theological degree, study and memorize verses- which are all valuable. But the essence of our being longs to be known and to know. When we know more of God in a relational way, we are able to be known.
On this episode, we ask the question of "Who is the Holy Spirit?" with my good friend Jenny Luning. Jenny shares her testimony of experiencing the Holy Spirit in a tangible way and encourages us to ask and to see with our awakening eyes the way Holy Spirit communicates with us.
Jenny is a psychotherapist here in Colorado Springs and is accepting new clients. Click here for more information.
Hold onto your hats because today's show is FULL of wisdom!
I am beyond giddy over Wholistic Heart's podcast first interview. On the show, I am interviewing one of my favorite people of all time, my holistically minded mentor- Ashley Brooke with Transformational Health. She is a Certified Nutritionist and Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach who is a wealth of knowledge and uses her wisdom and intuition to help her clients build a better relationship to themselves and grow into who they were created to be.
Some of the many topics discussed:
To find out more about Ashley Brooke, you can find her on social media @transformationalhealthllc.

"We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it!" -Ephesians 2:10 The Passion Translation
