Today, I am going to share my professional and personal experience regarding nutrition in postpartum, following infant loss. While this episode was created for the intent to connect, educate, encourage, and empower women who are in this season of loss, the information I share can also help to support other women too! This includes women who are in the process of preparing their bodies to be pregnant, Mama’s who simply want to improve their lifestyle by choosing better dietary choices and incorporating physical activity and/or exercise into their lives, and Mama’s who may have stopped breastfeeding and want to find ways to help their bodies naturally find a better hormonal homeostasis or balance.
