He’s an expert on death investigations, interviewing, and criminal behavior analysis.&nbsp; He has been honored to train Native American Homicide Task Force members as part of the Cold Case Foundation appointed by the US President’s initiative “Operation Lady Justice.”&nbsp; Chris has been serving in public safety since 1982. He spent nearly 25 years with the Oceanside Police Department in Southern California, including 13 years as a homicide detective.
