When you board a flight nowadays, it feels almost commonplace to encounter annoying, rude, and anti-social behaviour. 

Over the recent four-day Easter long weekend, federal police responded to more than 200 incidents of violent and disruptive behaviour at Australian airports. 

So, what causes this disturbing behaviour?
