From unpredictable 6 a.m. swings to over‑capacity evenings, we’ve seen how chaos hurts the class experience—so we’re moving to an industry‑standard model that works.

We break down exactly how it all fits together: class caps at 25 to keep sessions safe and efficient; peak vs non‑peak hours so you know when to plan ahead; and firm cancellation windows with simple, transparent fees that encourage accountability without punishing honest mistakes. You’ll hear how 5 a.m. locked a year of spots due to consistent attendance, why 6 a.m. needs proactive booking, and how waitlists and caps prevent sardine‑style workouts and rushed coaching. We also walk through the December soft‑launch (reduced fees) and the January 2 switch to full standards, plus what happens if you arrive as number 26 when the room is already full.

You’ll get a tour of the updated tech flow. Our rebuilt Double Edge app for iOS and Android lets you see capacity, reserve classes, and auto check‑in when you enter the gym; MindBody fills the gap until launch. Coaches will no longer manage the sign‑in line—every minute they’re not staring at a screen is a minute back to cue movement, watch warm‑ups, and tailor the workout to the room. We also clarify memberships: Unlimited means classes only; All Access includes open gym and gets priority booking, followed by Unlimited, then class packs. Consistent at one hour three or more days a week? We can pre‑book you for the year—with the responsibility to cancel when you’re out.
